Through his work at the ag线上比赛 Center for Craft Food & Beverage, 德国苏卢阿加'18 uses distillation to determine phenolic compounds in specialty malted grains. These compounds are produced by smoking malt with burning peat or other woods and is what gives whisky its “smoky” flavor.
